Head of Finance

As a mathematician turned finance professional, I’ve dedicated my career to building finance and analytics functions that drive growth for high-impact tech companies. My journey has taken me from building finance and analytics systems at Uber and Babylon Health to helping shape Moonfire’s vision of a data-first, tech-driven venture capital firm.

After earning my MSc in Mathematics and Physics from Cambridge University, I began my career in investment banking at Credit Suisse, focusing on financing and cross-border M&A for software and healthcare companies. This gave me firsthand experience in the financial decisions that shape companies at pivotal moments.

Seeking to contribute directly to high-growth businesses, I joined Uber, where I built and scaled the analytics team for Northern Europe’s rider and driver support, transforming manual reports into a platform managing millions of weekly interactions.

At Babylon Health, I was among the first hires in Finance and Analytics. I built and scaled both the FP&A and analytics teams, growing from a one-person operation to a global team of 50, supporting the company’s expansion from thousands to millions of patients worldwide. I also played a key role in fundraising, working directly with Babylon's CEO and CFO to secure their $550M Series C and subsequent listing on the NYSE.

At Flow Neuroscience, as CFO, I helped scale the company from pre-revenue to ~$10M ARR, closing multiple successful fundraising rounds and optimising financial operations.

Now, at Moonfire, I’m building a finance function that uses advanced analytics to sharpen decision-making and deliver value to founders and investors. We believe technology and data are essential for modern venture capital, and my mission is to ensure every process is data-informed and tech-enabled.

I’m driven by the belief that founders deserve partners who understand their challenges and provide actionable, data-driven insights. Whether navigating fundraising, optimising operations, scaling analytics systems, I’m passionate about helping founders turn bold ideas into lasting success.
